A New York Style Parisian Bistro. A 4000 sq, foot restaurant that is designed with contemporary sensibilities, yet returns the nostalgic ambiance of an authentic Parisian bistro. Round marble bistro tables and wicker chairs spill out onto the sidewalk, offering a kind of people watching one might indulge in, along Boulevard Saint-Germain. Zinc Bistro also offer a romantic garden patio secluded deep in the restaurant, lit by candles during the evening, creating an unforgettable ambiance, or a relaxing atmosphere near our fountain in the afternoon. The oyster bar stands at the end of the 25 foot zinc bar, serving fruit de mer platters, as well as all of the accoutrements. We bring in shellfish daily, offering the freshest oysters, clams, mussels, and lobster in the desert.

                                                                                          For a temperate Saturday night in early January the place was packed. Because of how busy it was , the service, while pleasant, was slow. The food was tasty as usual. Next time I’ll go at lunchtime and hope for scarcer crowd.

                                                                                          It was our first time at Zinc and far exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is so cozy and vintage, the food was amaaaazing, and our server Frankie went above and beyond for us. Such an enjoyable time, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and hard working, but Frankie is what really sold us on coming back. He was kind, funny, and so patient with us. The food was absolutely delicious, we will most definitely return soon!

                                                                                          The food was outstanding, the steak was juicy and perfectly cooked. My mom and I split a steak and they actually split it on 2 plates, and the presentation was beautiful. Megan was our server, she was super helpful with answering all the questions and wonderful overall.

                                                                                          I have honestly never had a bad meal at Zinc Bistro. Everything on the menu is delicious especially the smoked tuna salad and specials. The service and food are always top notch and they have large circular tables that are great for parties over five people. The outside seating areas are wonderful too. There is a small garden patio that is covered as well as seating in the sun with great people watching in Kierland.

                                                                                          We had a lovely New Year’s lunch together as a family at Zinc Cafe, it is our traditional place to begin the New Year. Our waiter was outstanding and I can’t believe his name has escaped me. We loved his cocktail suggestions as well as his menu choices for us , he was spot on ! Zinc Bistro is so pretty during the holidays. Many thanks to all staff and Happy New Year!

The onion soup is always delicious, and the Croque Madame was flavorful, with lots of cheese and crusty bread. The fries were not warm, but our serve apologized and took them off the bill. Overall, a nice afternoon respite after the busy holidays.
