The extensive menu features broiled steaks and chops, wood-roasted seafood and roasted meats, all prepared in an open kitchen. Signature dishes include Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon, Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, Wildfire Chopped Salad and Cedar Planked Salmon. During Restaurant week offering Faroe Salmon with béarnaise sauce it would be nice if the béarnaise sauce was available and ready to serve with their highlighted special. Three different occasions the staff informed me that the béarnaise sauce was not available. Today however, the manager guaranteed that the sauce would be available going forward. Thank you.

My steak was tender and cooked perfectly to medium rare. The baked onion soup was also very good. If you like coconut crème pie it’s the perfect way to finish the meal!

I have not had a bad experience at Wildfire whichever restaurant I’ve gone to. The food portions are HUGE- good value though. The service was fantastic! I don’t remember our server’s name but she told us she had been there for 1.5 years. She was so happy to work there because she’s well taken care of. I come from retail mgmt and I could never be a restaurant mgr- KUDOS TO YOU ALL!
