   We had a reservation. The hostess called our name. Apparently someone else was taken back to our table. No big deal. Waited a few extra mins then were taken back. Got sat. About 5 mins later the hostess said she sat us in the wrong seats due to a large party coming. At new table placed our order. Waiter forgot to add in soup. Was never brought. Overall experience was ok.

   We always have brunch at Whiskey Cake when visiting SA! We’re sad the Farmers Breakfast no longer has the candied bacon. Overall great food/experience!

   We were seated on time however it took a while (over 20 minutes) for server to greet us and take our order; the food was delicious however fried green tomatoes were cut too thick so they were a little hard and the mimosas were wonderful.

   Vibe was great, bourbon selection was amazing, food was fantastic (save room for the whiskey cake dessert), waiter was knowledgeable and friendly, even had the manager come to our table to check on our evening. Will be frequently visiting again and again!

    The hostess was a very personable person - just the sort of greeter you like to meet when entering a restaurant. The drinks were good and the service was adequate albeit a bit slow. Nothing moves too quickly here. The tri tip dip sandwich was very good as was the shrimp topped salad. The beet salad was too spicey but the waiter removed the charge - nice touch. The broccoli soup was not a “soup” but rather a mixture of veggies- not recommended!
