   We tried the 'New York' menu. The Antipasti Salad was excellent. It was so good we asked for the recipe and got it. Thank You Waterleaf!

   Fabulous! What an interesting meal and a fantastic experience. The food was amazing and our server/student Mark was so personable. He made our experience absolutely wonderful as well as the leader/teacher and other students, and actually the other diners that we spoke to! Everyone was having a terrific time. We can not wait to go back!

   My husband and I had the Alaska lunch at Waterleaf. The sour red cabbage and beet soup was a surprise— not vinegary/acidic but a bit sweet. Very good! Delicious arugula salad and great boneless pork chop and barley side. Homemade bread to start and berry cobbler to finish. Superb service. A wonderful experience!

   The food was excellent, and our waitress, Sophie, was very attentive and knew what she was doing. Overall, you cannot beat the quality and value for their 3 course lunch.

   Always appreciate the opportunity to experience the student run dining at Waterleaf! The food is always well prepared and presented. As these students are still learning their craft, issues with timing and service are to be expected, so don’t expect to eat and run! Overall good meal at a great value and we will be back!

   The fish soup and arugula salad were delicious. Our entrees of salmon and sauteed pork shop were served warm, fresh tasting and in a timely manner. The dining room is spacious and elegant. Our server was professional and attentive.
