Chef Gio Osso’s intimate gathering spot is tucked inside Old Town Scottsdale’s Bespoke Inn, where his menu features contemporary cuisine inspired by his Mediterranean roots and global influences. Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

Excellent meal. Yes, the indoor setting was a bit noisy but the patio was too warm for my husband to be comfortable. We had Branzino and smoked duck with an excellent bottle of Aglianico. Service was impeccable.

Everything was great with the exception of, you cannot take out anything in the entrée, so if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, forget it, not happening.

Always lovely and urbane, Virtu Honest Craft takes their craft seriously. It's been on the top restaurants list for a reason.... They're paying close attention to what matters in fine dining; quality, creativity and taste. Not every dish hits a home run, but they all aim for the fences. Absolutely worthwhile. Go.

We thoroughly enjoyed the prefix multicourse meal where choices are allowed., portions large and everything was inventive and scrumptious. Staff was friendly and ambience charming. Treat yourself!
