Zur Qualität der Speisen des Restaurants kann ich nichts sagen, aber der Umgang mit dem Kunden ist unterirdisch. Wir hatten eine durch OpenTable bestätigte Reservierung und waren auch auf die Minute pünktlich vor Ort. Wegen des schönen Wetters war die Terrasse bereits gut gefüllt und der Innenraum zu 20 Prozent besetzt. Anfangs standen wir im Eingangsbereich und wurden ignoriert. Dann sprach ich einen Kellner an und informierte ihn über unsere Reservierung. Statt „kleinen Moment bitte“ oder „setzen sie sich doch kurz an die Bar“ kam „wir sind voll und nehmen auch keine Gäste mit Reservierung mehr an“. Er lies uns einfach stehen und verschwand. Auch eine neue Erfahrung, die man allerdings nicht machen muss.

We've been here several times and the food is always excellent, the service is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet refined. Good value for money.

Wonderful restaurant that I visit every time I go to Frankfurt. The ambiance is so beautiful and the food is incredible. The staff are amazing. Overall the experience is the best in the city.

Sensationelle Vorspeise gebackene Jakobsmuschel, danach auf den Punkt Loup de mer in der Salzkruste, Gemüse perfekt gekocht, Weinvorschlag passte und Service super nett. Schon wieder reserviert.

Super schöner Italiener, mit toller Karte und perfektem Service. Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut und die Karte ist vielseitig und abwechslungsreich.
