Since 2007, Victoria Gastro Pub has provided an inviting pub atmosphere serving sophisticated, yet unpretentious food. The main objective of our kitchen is to serve innovative twists on classic pub fare that stress quality and freshness with every recipe, and every ingredient. The menu items draw from both national and international cooking traditions and remain in harmony with the seasonal availability of high-quality ingredients with many of the herbs and vegetables coming from our very own garden at Manor Hill Farm.

    For private events, we have three rooms to choose from. Our main room, “Seven Sisters”, seats 40 guests and comes fully equipped with a projector & screen. Our smaller room, “Oxford Circus”, seats up to 30 guests. Lastly, “Highbury Terrace”, can seat up to 50 guests. Two or even all three rooms can be combined to accommodate as many as 150 guests.     I went with my husband and father. It’s a large restaurant but has several smaller rooms, so it didn’t get too noisy. We ordered off the entree menu (porkloin, salmon & shrimp and grits) and all loved our dinners. The chocolate praline cake for dessert was Devine!

    Jam packed on Valentine's Day of course, but excellent service, food and drinks as usual. Jared took excellent care of us. The peanut butter mouse dessert was phenomenal!

    We’re longtime fans, and we’re overall very happy with our Valentine’s Day dinner. Service was excellent, drinks were spot on. Cheese and charcuterie is one of our faves- this time the portions of cheese was very small, and the board had more fillers, although the pesto mozzarella was tasty. We got the rack of lamb special. Everything tasted good but was a bit on the cold side, especially the spinach. Still, we loved the vibe, service, and enjoyed our dinner.

    Food was great. Service was great. I didnt appreciated being seated in the tent outside when it was 33 degrees outside after having made my reservations 2 weeks in advance. Yeah they had heaters but it was still cold.

    Victoria does not disappoint. Nothing fancy - just good food prepared well. Our waiter, a former chef, was exceptional. He knew the menu, made strong recommendations, and was attentive throughout the meal. You can’t go to Victoria without getting the duck fat fries. I was a little hesitant to sit out on the patio, but the area was warm and a bit less noisy than the rest of the restaurant. Since, we have moved, we don’t get to Victoria as much as we did in the past. However, when we make the trip, we can be assured of consistently good food and excellent service.

    Party of 4. I can’t speak for others in my party, but I had a crab cake and it was not very good. A lot of filler and very little crab taste. Service was fine.

    One of the restaurants on our routine circle in Columbia with consistent quality most certainly let us down this time. My fried pork chops from the restaurant week menus was bland, dry and overcooked. Fish and chips that usually is a very safe go to dish was undercooked with soggy top. Pear cobbler didn’t look nor tasted like a cobbler. Overcooked pieces of pear overpowered with cinnamon. This experience certainly prevent us from coming back anytime soon

    Chose Victoria Gastro Pub for a birthday celebration and was not disappointed. Everything - service, food, atmosphere - was wonderful. Instead of a complementary dessert, they brought a gift card so we could come back again and get something of our own the next time. Brilliant way to get customers returning, but even without the gift card, the food we ate had me already deciding I wanted to come back to try more. Pistachio bread pudding was perfection.

    We had a great experience with our family on NYE. Service was great as always. We had steak, pork loin and salmon and each dish was fantastic. We will definitely go back!
