   Fantastic dining experience- staff and service were excellent and the food was delicious. I had the French onion soup and crabcakes - I highly recommend both!

   I have eaten at Vic’s for over 20 years and always enjoyed my experience food and service. I have to say my visit last night wasn’t the good service and food I always expect. Service was very slow. Bartender could not get one of my guests drink to taste right after three tries. Cesar salad was soggy. The actual entrees were delicious. We did order a crème beulee that we had to send back because it was hard and cold. I will give this visit a pass. Every restaurant t is entitled to one mishap, but I hope it will be better the next time I visit

   The food and ambience were excellent, but the service was really disappointing. Our waiter was consistently hurried and lacked any personality. There was an impersonal feel to the place with the host seating us in what felt like a mechanical manner. I said to my spouse, as we left the place, that everyone seemed caught up in the tasking while lacking the skill of simultaneously providing quality customer service. This was a special occasion for us, our 35th anniversary. We left after our meal. We were over it.

   A nice location for lunch on the river with the requested view table. Thank you for that! The server was great, timely, friendly and experienced. The food, honestly, was a bit hit and miss for us. The biscuits were light and delicious and the Fried Green Tomato appetizer was wonderful.

   El servicio y comida espectacular. Pedimos 3 entradas con mi novio y estuvo perfecto. Los spicy shrimps los grandes protagonistas de la noche, el crab cake delicioso y la sopa de cebolla ufff en su punto! Además el pan de cortesía súper fresco y la mezcla de sabores con la mantequilla dulce espectacular. Salimos muy contentos y satisfechos. Súper recomendado 👌🏽

    The service was very slow. The food was great when it came, but it took a long time to even get initial water then when she gave water she didn’t even take our drink order she just left again. I ordered a steak and had to flag her down to ask for a steak knife which was kinda odd if someone orders a filet they shouldn’t have to ask for a knife after it arrives not at this price point. She even seemed annoyed that we flagged her down. I understand when you busy but she wasn’t even running the food. I’m pretty sure she was just busy doing stuff to close up for the night, but if you not going to provide the same service at 9 as you do at 7 then maybe make everything half price. Food was very good just some of the worst service I’ve had in a while.
