   Visited to celebrate our wedding and received outstanding service from everyone! The host recognized our special occasion and sat us at an outstanding table with a view. Server and team took great care of us, and food tasted incredible. We look forward to returning again soon to try more menu items! Thanks to the entire team - job well done!!

   We chose the tasting menu. It was hands down the best meal we have eaten in a restaurant in over a year. The chef clearly enjoys creating special combinations with local, high quality ingredients. The service was excellent with a knowledgeable, enthusiastic waitress.

   First time there for brunch. Our waiter, Jonathan, told us it was his first day on the job and he was great. All the food was terrific, came quickly and they also brought us a trio of sauces when I asked for something to dip in. The bartender even came out and let us taste test a wine on the menu when I asked the waiter. I’d absolutely go back! Only feedback is that we sat in one of the 2-top tables by the front window and even though there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant it was very loud - I think it’s just the acoustics n that little alcove but it was likely have been overly loud had the restaurant been full.

   Food is very expensive and portions are large. Not anything new on menu in 3 months. Good quality and love the farm to table.

   Hi Janie, our menu is seasonal. We source only from local farms, so items are constantly changing. It is very possible that your timing in visits did result in a similar menu. Be sure to stop by soon, it's officially spring!

   A very small menu with a range of tastes. Thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu with multiple salads and small bites. A delightful surprise. Everything from fish to pasta, beets to kale, brussel sprouts to oysters

    Vermillion offers very creative cooking and we had an excellent meal. Service was impeccable. However, the menu, especially for main dishes was somewhat limited and the portion sizes, especially for the main dishes were not huge or even large. Was an appetizer and a main course enough food? Most definitely. Was the steak the 14 to 16 oz you get at most restaurants? No, not even close. To be honest, it was kind of refreshing to leave the restaurant without feeling extremely stuffed. The bottom line is this is a place to go for excellent, creative cuisine, but if you’re really hungry or a big eater looking for a ton of food, you are probably at the wrong place.
