Tuscarora Mill, the cornerstone of Market Station, has been serving fine food & wine to its guests since 1985. Originally an operating grain mill, Tuscarora Mill has maintained the rustic interior & charm of the mill. Chef Julian Gonzales’s seasonal menus use the freshest of local produce. Signature dishes include Sesame Roasted Salmon, Crab Cakes & prime cuts of beef. To compliment the menu, Tuscarora Mill has an impressive wine list, winner of the Wine Spectacular Award of Excellence for the past 10 years. The in-house bakery, SouthStreet Under, prepares savory breads & decadent desserts daily. Brunch offers a good value. I would like to have seen scrambled eggs as an option, other than devilled eggs or an omelet. Also there is no toast (bread) option, just bagels, that were very dry as, again, there wasn't a way to toast them. The fried chicken received '2 thumbs up' from my family! The coffee is also strong and fresh. Made to order omelets were delicious and prepared quickly. Desserts were on point!

The ambiance I pleasant, the good ehh I ordered the veal chops I had were not only bland yet very over cooked. It’s like I was chewing gas station beef jerky. Mashed potatoes were cold. Green beans were okay. The best thing on my plate was the half of tomato. Also ordered the banana foster bread pudding which was lacking banana flavor and it was not moist like bread pudding normally is. Made reservations for a birthday dinner won’t make that mistake again.

IF they needed to get any busier, I would recommend Tuskys to anyone looking for amazing food at any meal. We absolutely love this place. We have never had a bad meal, a bad server, or a bad time. I wish they could serve the calamari more than as a special though. We went on Sunday to enjoy the brunch after usually going for dinner or drinks and we couldn't have been more pleased. I do feel that coffee or juice could be included with the price but outside of that, it was excellent, The Prime Rib, the Salmon, the omelet bar. all the sides. everything was awesome. I do recommend planning ahead as I prefer the outer dining areas away from the buffet line.
