   Food is always good but waitress Karla could use some training. She ignored my guest’s specific instructions about what she wanted (steamed vegetables and rice) and was surly and unapologetic when asked to take back what she brought: teriyaki bowl Otherwise a lovely meal and sitting outside is very nice

   Our server was nice & meant well but he seemed inexperienced, untimely and didn’t check in on us more than one time. It was hard to track anyone down to help us. We waited for someone to greet our table for over 15 mins. The food was slow & the. came out cold. Sadly we saw it sitting out on the kitchen counter for awhile before it got brought to us. Thankful for the GF options but we won’t be dining here again. We also had the wrong food brought to us mutlitple times. They need to get their table numbers down. We wanted to love it! They seem understaffed & there was no sense of urgency/timeliness.

   Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Our service was slow and inattentive. Two items we ordered were not available and our food came out cold.

I was able to see who your server was and I will absolutely be following up with them to ensure this does not continue to happen in the future. I also am sorry that we were out of a couple of items you ordered and the food was cold. That is an issue I will be speaking to the chef about, because the food absolutely should not be arriving to you cold. Being that we make everything here fresh everyday, unfortunately we do occasionally run out of some items. Again, I am sorry that 2 of the items you wanted to order were not available. I appreciate your feedback and hope you choose to give us another chance in the future.    It feels as though the staff is vastly under educated on food preparation, beverage knowledge and service steps. Bartender seemed uninterested in providing insight to wine (as she was on her phone for the majority of the time) server neglected to keep up with allergy requests (gluten nuts) which coincided with part of our party not able to enjoy some items. We were left with dirty plates and silverwear after our first course, and felt rushed through our meal. As someone who works in service industry as a server, I was embarrassed for our server as she was having to check with the kitchen for questions about the menu. Over all will not be returning any time soon.

   Food is was pretty good. Service little slow. Like that they validate parking for free 2 hours

   They've changed their Hummus and it hasn't been as good since. The Roasted Cauliflower was really good, but it wasn't included in the Happy Hour menu, so that was not a very good deal for cost. The Roasted butternut soup was served without a spoon. The Mediterranean wrap was swimming in sauce and was better eaten without the thick pita wrap. Grilled chicken ranch wrap was also too heavily sauced, and easier to eat with a fork. The lettuce mixes were soggy, not fresh or crispy like they have been. The grilled chicken did not appear freshly made. Our very kind and eager to please freshly hired server was not aware there was wifi service available in the restaurant. True Food has been better in the past and can clearly be better especially on a Friday Happy Hour at these prices. $50/person with 1 half priced drink each leaves a ton of space for improvement in the quality of the fiod.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, and I'll make sure to address these concerns with our team to improve the quality and service during Happy Hour. Our happy hour menu consists of new to menu items that are not available on our regular menu, with the exception of the edamame dumplings that were just added on. The cauliflower on our happy hour menu is a roasted buffalo cauliflower, so hopefully you are able to try that one sometime.    True Food Kitchen provided the perfect location for a team working lunch - the food was excellent, it came quickly, and the environment was lovely.

   Kids pizza was hard and overdone. OG Burger was good and so was the chicken sandwich.
