   Kitchen was super slow, but the concert downtown made it a very busy night so I don’t hold that against them. Food was excellent

   Staff was very friendly and food delivered to our table in a reasonable time! It was delicious and cooked well! The lamb chops are sooo good!

   Waited more than 30 minutes before server came to table (not crowded, either). Ordered drinks and appetizers: waited another 20+ minutes before appetizers arrived but still no drinks OR water. Dinner arrived with the drinks (before appetizers were cleared/completed) — including items requested left out due to allergies. Food taken away for another 20 minutes. When correct food arrived, we ordered drink refills; server never came back with our requested refills. Only remembered order when we asked for check. Food tasty but experience ruined with seriously terrible service. Eat at bar if possible!

   When it is busy it is loud. The food was very good, ceviche, duck, & lobster Brie Mac and Cheese. The service was great too, especially how busy it was. On the expensive side for drinks but worth it.

   We had a great time. We were late due to traffic and were accommodated at the bar with the same level of service.

   Massively uneven experience that has this place as a “pass” for me. Front desk/hostess and apps were great. Everything else about this place says “Fire the Manager immediately”. Front desk/hostess experience - “A” Very friendly, engaging and accommodated our seating request. Bar/Bartenders - “C” - understaffed and unattentive. Had to literally chase the bartender around to three different spots to get drinks after 10 min wait. Took him 3 tries to pour a gin and tonic and then ended up with a diluted mess in an extra tall glass. Ordered Corona beer for one guest and even after clearly requesting had to ask for lime four more times - how orders a Corona without a lime? Clueless Food - very mixed deal here. Menu is a bit of a train wreck and online version is not accurate so don’t expect to see what you were craving online. Appetizers - “A” . Calamari with fried shisito peppers was excellent and Burrata with fig jam was a must order. Sushi - “D” hard pass. This is their specialty and it is bland, uninspired and small portions for the price. Spider roll was so skinny it was almost inedible. Service - “F” - this is the real deal breaker. Service is incompetent, unattentive and basically clueless. Didn’t know anything about the menu (blamed it on recent changes). One guest ordered sushi roll and very specifically indicated shrimp allergy, asking for it to be substituted. Roll came out with shrimp on it. Her response “Oh, that’s Ebi”. Holy lord - that’s SHRIMP. Then, no expedite on the remake. She said “well it’s going to take awhile because the kitchen’s backed up.” Branzino was equally uninspired and nothing special. Overall attitude was lazy and annoyed to have to deal with any issues. If you want a quick drink at the bar and some apps when it’s not busy, I’d say it’s an OK spot. For sit down dinner, walk down the street. Had high expectations but this place is so underwhelming and disappointing.

    Made reservation 1.5 hours before concert start. Waited 1 hour and still had not received entrees. Ended up paying for the appetizers and drinks we did receive and left without eating so we could get in extraordinary long line for concert, hungry.
