The Restaurant at Convict Lake is widely recognized as the finest restaurant in the Eastern Sierra and a "locals" choice for special occasions. Dine in a romantic and casually elegant atmosphere located just 10 minutes from Mammoth Lakes across from the Mammoth/Yosemite Airport.

Our menu features continental cuisine and such sumptuous specialties as rack of lamb, beef wellington, grass fed beef steaks, fresh seafood and pastas. We have an award-winning wine list including some of the best vintages around the world and a martini bar. If you are not up for a four course meal, enjoy appetizers and drinks at the martini bar in The Lounge. The lounge offers a separate menu and HD TV's to watch your favorite sports.

I haven't been to the restaurant at Convict Lake in years. It was all I remember it being and more, our service was fantastic, Elijah was attentive, accommodating and knowledgable. The food and drink were fantastic, the Venison was prepared perfectly and my Wife's filet that she likes medium well was still juicy and tasty. If you get the chance sit by the fire and enjoy a lovely evening...we did!

Servers were attentive and friendly but did not rush us. They made recommendations and the dishes were excellent. Drink prices were reasonable.

We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, and it was truly a wonderful, warm experience. The staff went above and beyond to make the night special, especially in accommodating my dad, who is disabled, with such thoughtful care. Both my parents had the best time—the ambiance, the attention to detail, and the genuine kindness of the staff made it unforgettable. And the food? Absolutely perfect as always, fine dining at its best. When you find a place that pairs incredible dishes with a genuinely caring team, there’s really nothing more to ask for. Highly recommended!

This is our favorite restaurant that we’ve been coming to for over 35 years. The ambience is incredible. Sometimes you’ll get to see the wildlife walking by. There’s also a very beautiful lake and history about Convict Lake. Our favorite meals are beef Wellington, and rack of lamb not to mention Long Island duck
