The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Prix Fixe | 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Evening prix fixe menu ends at 10:30 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

Here's to the Plaza's storied past and limitless future to include live entertainment, grand buffet, live music, full bar and complimentary midnight toast of Roederer Cristal to ring in the New Year. Keep these four walls filled with the buzzing excitement that makes our castle on Central Park a location that continues to withstand the test of time. We will welcome guests at 9PM through 1AM. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be non-refundable. No shows will be non-refundable.

    Servers at the restaurant were great. So were the hostesses inside. Food and tea were delicious as always. The gal checking reservations at the entrance to the hotel to admit guests inside could use a refresher in customer service. How about welcome guests warmly with a smile? Say hello or good morning? Make eye contact? Literally anything other than the cold front she put on. Maybe she hates her job? For paying $500+ for tea time lunch you shouldn’t act like we’re inconveniencing you. She also didn’t offer the lift for my stroller and just watched us struggle carrying it up the stairs and no one grabbed the door to help. They stand on the stairs looking down on people trying to come inside like they’re better than everyone else. That part is odd.

    We were not impressed with the food I have food intolerance to gluten and diary they couldn’t accommodate I couldn’t have the afternoon tea collection as a substitute they gave me 3 sliders instead and we were served at different times and service not adequate!!! Very disappointed.

    I’ve never thought of Thanksgiving as a fairy tail, but this was magical! From the fresh flowers, to the ice sculptures, to the impeccable service, I was in awe! Thank you for the best Thanksgiving ever! Oh and the food was excellent!

    The experience while in the palm court was excellent. Although we were a bit turned around at first on where to go for the entrance and the man at the hotel lobby door was extremely rude. The person who greeted us at the palm court was lovely and the experience was much better after that.

    Prix fixe menu was average but the actual food was horrible. Stale, old, cold and almost unhealthy to eat. I’d get more fresh food from the carts outside. The wine tasted old and gross and I didn’t get a taste first, the server just poured it. I feel like they brought out the old stuff from the back. Not worth the $160 at all. Will def not recommend or come back.
