It was my wife and I first time and it was a experience. Our waitress went over everything and how everything worked . I booked a valentines dinner and when got to the table it was rose petals all over the table and dozen roses in a vase my wife got to keep. It was a very fun experience and we had a really good time and I can’t thank our waitress enough she made everything more enjoyable. Everything was delicious!!!

Usually really enjoy dining at the melting pot, this time we had a mixed experience (this was our first time at this specific Melting Pot). I’ll start by saying our server was excellent- attentive and welcoming as well as knowledgeable and able to provide good insights into the menu. The first issue I have was the wait times. We had reservations for 7 pm but weren’t able to get seated until 7:35. Even when we left after dining the line of people with reservations waiting to be seated was overflowing out the lobby to the outdoors. I believe this was due to poor planning by the management underestimating cooking, waiting, bussing times as well as the additional consumer time. The second issue was that when making our reservations it was never apparent that the only menu option available would be a set Valentine’s Day menu which is significantly more expensive than the normal four course (~$190 vs normal $112). The only difference with the set Valentine’s Day five course is that it offers much less options than the normal four course but gives you an additional bowl of tomato soup to start. I don’t see how the soup equates to ~$80 and I believe they charge it because they know it’s Valentine’s Day and people will still pay it just because they want the aesthetic. It was also disappointing because certain menu items that my wife usually loves to order were unavailable due to the set menu. Although yes the food was good the raw ingredients probably equate out to roughly $40 so it seems a little audacious for them to charge what they do. Like I said still a decent experience but mixed feelings overall considering the price when my wife is a vegetarian who ate vegetables for her entree but was charged the exact same. Not sure if we’ll be back.

A little cold, service was a little slow between courses, drink refills were slightly slow. The cast iron grill had a a little too much oil and when we started cooking the oil popped all over the table when we put the meat on. It even hit my date in the face and hand (causing slight burns) plus our clothes. We wiped some oil out of the grill and that fixed the problem. I would NOT advise using the cast iron grill method. Other then that it was nice experience.

The food was great as usual. They are very attentive to service. The manager more ofter comes around to receive feedback from the customers. The menu choice for Valentines day was perfect with a blend of seafood, poultry and steak. And of course the dessert menu was terrriic. We enjoy coming back to this place because of all the metioned factors.

The first time I had dinner at The Melting Pot was close to 20 years ago in Arizona, but honestly, I enjoyed this location more and definitely will be returning. Our server, Hunter, was gracious, attentive and made the dining experience worth the time spent. The selections were great. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

disappointing experience. booked through OpenTable for a birthday table for 5. they sat us at a table for 4. squeezed in and adjacent to another party at a split booth with a divider. like other reviews I admit it's a unique experience, but boiling meat yourself with a small amount of vegetables was not worth my time or money.
