Another great experience at the Keg. The food was amazing, steaks all around. Coupled with the sides couldn’t ask for a better meal. Service was outstanding, seemed to take care of needs before needed. Fantastic

We done at the keg quite often. Always been a great place. We moved to AZ a few years ago and it has become our Christmas Eve tradition. That sadly came to an end this evening. We had a reservation for 6pm. We were sat right away and greeted. Unfortunately we did not have a cocktail menu, we asked for one and waited over 10 minutes to place our initial drink order. We were brought bread promptly but sat and stared at it for close to 20 minutes as we did not have utensils or plates. Drinks arrived at 6:33. At this time we place our appetizer and entree orders and ask for plates. Appetizers and salads came out in a timely manner, we had finished and waited patiently for our meals to arrive. The restaurant was so unbelievably cold that our nanny left to go get one of our children a sweater. We notified our server at how cold it was. We apologized for mentioning it but it was beyond freezing, and some of our party is from MN, they are used to the cold. We waited over an hour for our main entrees. My son’s steak that he ordered medium rare was well done, and the prime rib was some of the toughest cut I have ever eaten. Almost hard to cut with a knife. My husbands second cocktail was forgotten and came without the garnish when it arrived after having to ask a second time. Our entire family has been a part of the restaurant/service industry and are beyond understanding but everything was off tonight from start to finish. After an extremely tough weekend, we were looking forward to a great meal and some great traditions but left extremely disappointed.

This was our first time at CHANDLER Keg. Service was slow, food was not done as ordered and the overall experience was not as expected. This was our 64th Wedding Anniversary. We had a table of 10. Previous dinners at The Keg in Gilbert were much better. Guess it was my mistake in making a reservation at Chandler.

Ordered prime rib medium rare. Wife ordered salmon and son ordered onion soup and appetizer. Salmon was delicious, prime rib was “tasteless” - similar to a “select” cut of beef vs. Prime or choice. Son enjoyed his selections.

Food was pretty good, service was adequate. The upsell on everything was a bit much. They’re probably trained to do it so corporate is the one that should chill. Wouldn’t rush back
