   A hidden gem! The food is delicious, and the service is warm and welcoming. You can really see the effort the SAIT students put into making every meal a great dining experience. Their passion and dedication shine through, making it a spot worth visiting!

   I always love my experience here! The only reason I did not give 5 stars in every category, is that they had some specials that were offered, but when we decided to go with them they were sold out-and we were the first seating of the evening. Not the students fault

   All members of our party of 5 were delighted with their meals. Pizzas were great and Salmon was cooked to perfection. Our server, Andrew, did a fine job and was very friendly and attentive. We will certainly go again.

   The Highwood is a teaching facility so we need to remember that things might not 100%, but overall the students & staff are very accomodating. A great variety of appatisers, entries, deserts, wine, beer, cocktails & coffees. As a bonus we were able to land a free parking spot. There is good value for your money here & I know that we will be back.

   The experience was great. The students make it a memorable event. The decor is a bit dreary and background music would be nice however the food and service was fantastic.

   A return visit for my Father's Birthday (this time 80th!) with family after a previous positive experience a couple years ago. I have doubts we will return :( Reservation was at 6:30 and we received drinks at 7:00, appetizers around 7:30, and meal by 8:15! We were all very hungry by the time the meal finally arrived. Poor communication by staff until the "supervisors" showed up around 8:00 to let us know this was the first time the kitchen was cooking the menu. Also, because some of our table ordered caesar salads as appetizers, we had to wait for the salad cart to become available for tableside service. As a result, some got appetizers and some did not. Due to the wait of over an hour for caesar salad, we just cancelled them so the kitchen could get on with cooking our meal. Soon after the supervisors arrived, the apologies started flying and while I understand they were trying to make up for the wait time and unsynced appetizers it was hard to be understanding when what was supposed to be a nice meal for a milestone birthday had been spoiled. They gave us free dessert to try and appease us but the damage was done by that point. I will say the dinner was good quality once it arrived and the price was also reasonable. But wow, get another salad cart (or three) mobilized for goodness sake and, if you are behind, don't spend so long tableside while others are waiting. Things that were common sense solutions just did not seem to be in the cards. Yes, these are students and some patience allotted while they learn but it would seem they were ill equipped to address contingencies.

   A group of 4 ladies had a luncheon we ordered chicken cordon bleu, streak frites and salad nicoise . All were enjoyed. Ambience was excellent as we could talk and hear ourselves. Staff very attentive. Very enjoyable!

    Wow! Excellent experience from the first greeting to the last bites. The food was fantastic, the service was perfectly attentive, I look forward to returning. Outstanding experience for the value-bravo!
