The servers were very accommodating and kind. The meal was delicious. We brought our daughter who has Autism in for a Thanksgiving meal. We had a wonderful evening.

Four of us dined for thanksgiving dinner, so perhaps our experience was partly related to that. The meal was decent. The entrees were tasty, the rolls and dessert were underwhelming. But I think what put a damper on the evening was our server. He was clearly undertrained. I blame the management more than the waiter. They should have been able to tell he was undertrained. He disappeared for 20+ minutes at a time, was always surprised to learn our next course wasn’t out yet and then we had to track him down twice to finally get our bill.

My 1st visit to the restaurant & 1st going to a restaurant on Thanksgiving. Entering at the front door of the Firehouse was Positive & Cordial from patrons, coming & going. Staff took it to the next level - Attentive & Welcoming. A Ceja '19 Pinot our sidekick enhanced our very satisfying selection.

This is a fabulous restaurant. The venue, The service, The food. All were outstanding. We attended on Thanksgiving Day. The options were wonderful. The filet mignon was delicious. Tender, cooked and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend Firehouse Restaurant for any special occasion or treating that special someone.

Thanksgiving dinner with hubby, daughter and her boyfriend. We had a fabulous time. Ambience was casual as always. We always enjoy the decor. Food was amazing. For starters my family had their awesome bread and butter. I had the Caesar salad no croutons. We shared the oyster appetizer, which was fresh tasting. For the main entrée I had the lamb, cooked to perfection. The men had the filet mignon, Chef choice. My daughter had the New York steak. For dessert I had crème brûlée, secret item not on menu. It was not too sweet with touch of fruit. Hubby enjoyed pecan pie. Overall, we had a great time.

Easily the best overall fine dining experience in Sacramento (we love several others as well, it’s just that The Firehouse is one-of-a-kind). The ribeye special tonight was especially exceptional. We keep coming back for the ambience and personal service, with consistent attention to detail, and no one else has a setting like this (not to mention the best wine list outside of Napa).
