The Cellar is the perfect setting for an intimate and romantic evening of fine dining. In 1969, artistic craftsmen of Disneyland fame created a romantic rendezvous in the cellar of the old California Hotel. Intimate and cozy, the dining room is elegant amid structured arches and cave-like walls that are deecorated with wine casks and silver lanterns. Culinary excellence abounds with only the finest and freshest foods prepared in a lighter version of classical French cuisine and finely crafted cocktails which set a benchmark for all of Southern California!

    We had the filet mignon medium rare temp. The steak was so juicy and flavorful. We also ordered the delicious wild mushrooms.

    The food here are just amazing and the vibe inside is very good and romantic. We were here for celebrating bday and will definitely come back for more bday or anniversary celebrations

    Great vibes/ambiance. Stellar service. The chateaubriand for 2 was perfect. The tuna tartare, delicious. Would not recommend the Cesar salad, over dressed/wilted, some dead, brown romaine too, small and overpriced for what it was.

    Fabulous date night restaurant. The martinis were perfect; the food was very good; the service could nit have been better: the ambience was very nice. We will definitely return. There are very few restaurants around the have the old- school charm of The Cellar.

    Went for our Anniversary. It was very elegant, the food was amazing. We shared the Classic Chateaubriand for two which they bring to the table and cut up right in front of you. The meat was juicy, tender and tasted perfect. My wife prefers her meat Medium Well, I’m more Medium rare and both of us loved the quality of the steak. We ordered a Soufflé for dessert which was amazing and they gave us a Crème Brûlée for our anniversary and again perfect. We will definitely be returning for other holidays.

    Excellent restaurant. Great food and service - just the place to celebrate a special occasion! We were celebrating a birthday - there was a cute card on the table wishing a happy birthday. Jordan our server was attentive without being intrusive! The food was delicious.
