Another incredible evening at the Carlile! This is the best place to eat before, during or after a Paramont Theater show! Amazing cocktails, delicious and affordable food. Our server was top notch! He anticipated our needs throughout the evening- even allowing us to hang a while longer while we waited for the show to let out. We always feel incredibly spoiled when we dine here and look forward to the next event! Thank YOU!

Food, atmosphere and service were all wonderful! We had a reunion with a longtime friend of 30 years and we all stayed well past closing time and the staff waited patiently for us and were so kind and understanding! Thank you for such a memorable dinner!

Came here after a show at the Paramount. Service was really slow, pretty loud where we had to constantly lean over the table to hear each other. Food was ok. Will find a different restaurant next time we have an a show at the Paramount.

Carlisle has become my go to location for food/drinks before shows at the Paramount. Their baked cheese is incredible. Drinks are always creative and exceptionally well made. Service at the Carlisle is always top notch. Great restaurant staffed with great people that genuinely care.

Fun themed dinner before Hamilton! We really enjoyed the wonderful food and it was so luxurious to saunter across the street for the show… right on time.
