Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We introduced our friends, who are new to the area, to the best restaurant in Washington, DC. The Valet parking guys greeted us warmly. The hostess stand was friendly and welcoming. Server Wayne did a phenomenal job. He was great with wine selection. Wayne also did a fantastic job in explaining some of the unique items on the menu, and some of the more popular items to our friends. The Calamari was delicious. Our salads were fresh, crisp, and tasty. My bone-in fillet was sensational. My wife and our friends loved their entrees too. The sides were a wonderful compliment to our main courses. We had a great night! We cannot wait to return to The Capital Grille. Our thanks to all who made it a really special evening.

    First time at this location. Wonderful meal and service for our table of four. Quite pricey as expected. Will remember that I am never disappointed at a Capital Grille.

    Capital Grille has been a favorite of mine for years but I am noticing a drop in quality of food as of late. Furthermore, I recently ordered Halibut and was brought out Sea Bass. I felt like they served it figuring I wouldn’t notice. Experiences like that are not forgotten by customers.

    Had a wonderful dinner at Capital Grille last night. Service was amazing and everything was delivered in seamless fashion. My wife and I both had NY strips which were cooked to perfection. All sides were great. Drinks and dessert were also terrific. Our server, Nicole, was delightful. Another fantastic experience at Cap Grille.
