Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our favorite restaurant in Seattle and have always had amazing service. Last night we had a terrible experience with the waiter. Hopefully that won’t happen next time

    Our Valentine Day dinner experience was excellent. The rib eye steak and the roasted chicken tasted wonderful. Our server, Christoper, was excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and efficient. We'll be back for sure!!

    I would like to share my feedback regarding a recent dining experience. I celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday and arrived at the restaurant shortly before our reservation time. I was anticipating a delectable filet mignon; however, it was unfortunately not prepared to my expectations, as it was overcooked. Despite this, I refrained from addressing the issue at the time due to our hunger. I would like to commend the staff for their attentive service throughout our visit.
