Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Everything from parking to sitting down was great. I discovered one special item on your menu…. But not on your menu 😀… a masterfully done baked potato. Our filet and salmon was excellent. Thank you for the recognition of my birthday….. nicely done with the most delicious flourless chocolate cake and Italian cheesecake. I highly recommend Capital Grill to everyone who wants an exquisite 6 star dining out experience.

    We had a great dinner at Capital Grille, celebrating my wife's birthday. Everyone enjoyed our steaks (my peppercorn coated strip was amazing, if you like a little spice) and salmon. Gluten-free pan-fried calamari was surprisingly good. Great service from Eric, including bringing a couple of small complimentary desert items as a birthday surprise.

    Our family has always celebrated our birthdays, and major celebrations at The Capital Grille. It seems to me the quality and preparation of their steaks have changed. The tenders and ease of the cut is not there. We have been to both Capitol Grilles in Phoenix Metropolitan. I have been very disappointed. The cheese cake has always been a wonderful treat and it is still good, the crust is different, it’s hard, not flaky, anymore. The cheese cake is not rich and the texture is different. These are just my observations. The service and ambience is top notch every time. I guess that’s why we keep returning.

    Service is horrible, soup is splashed to the plate, our cock tail is knocked over the table. My son is a little allergy with milk, not butter, his steak was served without any sauce, and the guy delivered the food said he ho is the allergy guy!?

    Our experience here was amazing. The service and our food was outstanding. I really think this restaurant is one of the top restaurants in Scottsdale. They also accommodated us on short notice for a reservation on Christmas Eve. We will be back.
