Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We becoming a regular for Friday nights there, we like the room we got seating tonight but not by the door. So keep our business by following our requests. Was a fabulous dinner as always! The Gullickson’s.

    Another wonderful dining experience at Capital Grille. Eric is a great waiter along with his support staff. We had our first “Girl Bentley Club” meeting there today. Was fantastic place to meet.

    We went on Monday early evening. Mywe were celebrating my wife’s birthday. It has been 6-7 years since we visited a capital grill the last time was in Chicago, where we had a bad experience. So, I figured we could try again this time in Scottsdale. Well, service was slow, food was just ok- good. It took 2.25 hours to do dinner. Way too long. Our servers disappeared for long periods of time. All in all you can get the same or better food and service at other restaurants around town at a better value. We will not go back as we spent over $200 for a borderline night.
