Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We had another great time at TCG!!! Food, service, and ambiance are flawless. I always leave wondering why all restaurants can't be like this.

My husband and I ate at a high top in the bar, and we had a wonderful experience. Shanna was our waiter, and she couldn't have been nicer. She introduced herself, as did we, and called us bt our first names all evening. She helped us select a four or 5 items that we could share. The only dissappointment was that they were out of Penfold's wine which is one of my favorites. Another was suggested and it was fine but not nearly as good as Penfolds.

Dinner was excellent, we had the filet and salmon, both enters were delicious, Collin, our server was knowledgeable and attentive. It was our anniversary and we were presented with complimentary champagne and dessert. Also, a beautiful king stemmed rose, another wonderful night at the Sarasota Capital Grill!! Thank you!!

My husband and I had a fabulous lunch! I’m in love with Capital Grille’s tuna! Our server, Nancy, really made our experience special. When she came over with the check, she gave me several roses for Valentine’s Day, which was incredibly sweet. They are in a vase on my counter and are so beautiful. We’ve already planned our next Capital Grille visit and requested Nancy as our server, Nancy! ❤️
