Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     As always, food and service were exceptional. Steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were delicious and the coconut cream pie for dessert is always the perfect ending. These are the reasons we keep coming back time and time again.

    I scheduled my brother to have his birthday brunch here. First, the service was top tier amazing!!!! I’m speechless. From the valet to the host …..and our waiter Patrick….Was AMAZING and funny! We brought a cake and he handled it with such care. We are still talking about how wonderful our experience was and how we can’t wait to come back. The food was spectacular and we all agreed we had the best lobster ever! Thank you Capital Grille! We will come back soon!

    We were seated quickly, our server was there right away. The scallops were tender, the steaks cooked perfect, being Christmas Eve I was impressed even more as it is an extremely busy night.

    Our family enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at The Capital Grill. Food and drinks were fantastic but the service made this evening exceptional. Ari was a terrific host and on more than one occasion offered personable service along with our server Liz. We visit many steakhouses during the year but the Capital Grille in Plano remains one of our favorites, especially for Christmas Eve. A tradition for our family for the past 10 years, we’ll be back next year. Well done Capital Grille team!

    Our server was fantastic! Made out Christmas Eve dinner wonderful. Did have to send a steaks back because they were not done right. But over all was a great dinner. Definitely good for a special occasion.

    We had a lunch starting at 1pm on Dec 24. The restaurant was unusually quiet as we beat the rush by 2 hours. Food was excellent and augmented by the service provide by our waiter Marco.

    We go to CG for most of our special occasions including Christmas Eve every year. Ivan was our server and took such phenomenal care of us, making a point to be sure our meal was special and exceptional. Managers and other staff all came by to check on/take care of us as well and the food was perfect 👌
