Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our food was expertly prepared and delicious, and our service was attentive and friendly and helpful. We frequent the Capital Grille and it has become a mainstay for our family on New Years Eve. Well worth a visit!

    Capital Grill is always an outstanding dining experience. Once again they delivered in flying colors….even on a very busy New Year’s Eve. They have the best service of any restaurant in the Phoenix area and the quality of food is always exceptional. Highly recommend Capital Grill for a wonderful dining experience.

    Tatum was our server and she did a phenomenal job. Cesar was on point as well. They both made Christmas Eve dinner very special for my wife, mother and myself. Thank you so much!

    We always go to the Capital Grille in Phoenix for special occasions. The food is excellent and so is the service. This was my husband's birthday. There was a a card for him and the table had birthday sprinkles on it. We also were seated in a small room so no loud noise. This made his birthday special.
