Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We recently ate at The Capital Grille to celebrate Christmas 2024; it came after viewing The Nutcracker at Symphony Hall. It was a perfect meal for a perfect day. Our server, Rachel, was attentive and the servers around her displayed exceptional teamwork. It’s always a treat to eat at The Capital Grille.

    My waitress Tatum was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was fresh and impeccable. The hostesses were amazing as well! A completely refreshing and professional staff.

    A top tier dinner as you would expect. Great food, excellent service and they brought complimentary champagne to celebrate my wife’s graduation. A lovely gesture. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful night out.

    Always a great dining experience, primarily because we always request the very best server in all of Phoenix, Denise! We love the food and the atmosphere here, but the fabulous, attentive, caring service we receive from Denise is far superior to any of our many, many fine dining favorites! Do yourself a favor and request to have Denise as your server!

    Great restaurant! Our first time visiting. We were celebrating a friends birthday. When we arrived they had the table decorated and a card for her. They really went the extra mile. Our server Tatum was phenomenal!
