Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We went on a Friday night for the Wine and Wagyu promotion that a friend had told me about. Great burgers and fries with Duckhorn wines, excellent service by Mike. My only criticism is that the place could use a refresh. I hadn't been there in years but it looked exactly as it did circa 2006.

    Perfection, when grading the capital grille on a scale of 1 to 10, is an absolute 10. My Wagyu burger was a masterpiece, and the attention to detail paid by the staff has no other comparison.

    Great food, great service, not too noisy (stay out of the main aisle). Value for food and drink was less than desirable, but overall a decent experience. Be prepared to spend a lot of money

    Changed up our usual choices for something new. Won’t do that again. Stick with the classics they are known for. Filet , lobster, lobster mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts. You can never go wrong with those ever! Never has a restaurant called and tell me we had a time limit on how long we could have our table. That was quite disturbing. We came early so that hopefully they could take us early so we didn’t get kicked out before we were done. Felt like I had to rush through our meal. But still excellent food. Worth the cost but please don’t start a trend of limiting our dining experience. When you spend $300 for two people I think I can eat at my leisure.
