   The food was amazing. We tried the crab cakes, the aged NY and Filet Mignon that were delicious. Andrea provided an extraordinary experience to us! Loved the place!

   The service in general was ok although they messed up with cutting the steak!!!!, the signature steak was cooked to perfection. However, one ribeye steak we ordered medium was served well-done. Although they replaced it, the new one was closer to medium-well. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat didn’t justify the $85 price tag—it tasted more like something you’d buy at a grocery store. My experience at The Capital Grille in Boston was exceptional and high-quality, so this visit in Miami was a bit disappointing given the premium pricing. The quality service is not just refilling the glass of water every 20 seconds and miscommunication of the order to the kitchen and disrupting the potential pleasant Christmas Eve. Simply a quality steakhouse is about caring about these details: the quality of meat, how to cook, cutting or not!!!! Please do not reply with a standard marketing answer to this message.

   We had a great dinner at the bar with perfect service by Jen and Daniel. The Seafood Tower was as fresh as it gets and management was able to quickly process a ton of gift cards for us to make the game on time.

   Server was fantastic! Food delicious. Prepared just right the men loved the tuna dish and the women loved the filet! The potatoes au gratin were delicious. My only negative was that the creamed spinach was tasteless. We would definitely go back!!

   It was a great dining experience. Everyone was great for my visit. I have been to the one in Minneapolis, Minnesota, about 20-30 times over 20 years; so I knew I was in for an amazing meal. It is my favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. I liked the ambiance, decor, the spaciousness of the restaurant. Mark P was my server and he was training Jesus who did a great job. I met Ryan the manager on the way to valet parking as I left the store. I will definitely be back again next time I am in the Miami area.

   We love going to the Miami location. Capital Grille is one of our favorite steakhouses! We love going for our wedding anniversary and love how they always set up our table with a “happy anniversary” card and give you an “anniversary dessert”. It’s such a sweet touch to celebrate our special day. This time we our server was Marc P. He was so great! Marc went above and beyond to provide us a great service. Thank you so much Marc!
