Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Outstanding dinner experience! Our server, Frank, was fantastic. His genuine welcome and excellent service made all the difference. He guided us through the menu and made excellent suggestions. We loved the filet minion trio! I would like to give a big thanks to Frank our server for going above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional.

    It was our anniversary. The attention of everyone, especially the server (Michelle) and her team but also managers was exceptional. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating with just the right amount of interactions. The appetizers and steaks (NY strip and ribeye) were terrific. Overall, a wonderful experience. Not our first time at Capital Grill and certainly will return.

    Excellent meal for my birthday !! Service was excellent. Everything came out same time was very hot and so so good. We will definitely by back ! Capital Grill never disappoints.

    Our Server Teresa was awesome and professional. She made it a great experience. The food was amazing. The drinks were delicious, a perfect way to end 2024 with family.

    Michelle our server was outstanding. In was our Anniversary and the resturant went out of their way to make it special for us. They served us free champagne as well as free desert and decorated the table with a signed card wishing us a happy anniversary.
