Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were at the mall and decided to have lunch. As we had a relative visiting from France, we chose our favorite steakhouse. Omar was our server. He is excellent! So attentive. And unobtrusive. My cousin had the steak frite which was cooked to perfection, my husband had the Cobb salad with the tenderloin, which again was cooked perfectly. Omar also was able to give my husband the salad dressing of choice for him-mayo and ketchup. I had the Caesar Salad and salmon. Just perfect. Looking forward to returning soon

    As someone with allergies, CG did not fail to accommodate. Lobster lunch salad on arugula was perfect. Lobster done well. Arugula very fresh. French fries were excellent..not greasy. Highly recommend.

    I took my niece to dinner on 1-15-25 and we had a great evening together. The service was superior because Omar was our server and the food was tasty and delicious.
