Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I was disappointed in the length of time it took to be served our food. The noise level was high and unappreciated the effort to move us to a quieter table but it was still very noisy. The evening was not what I had come to expect of Capital Grille.

    Heads up you changed your espresso martini. The ingredients have changed and not a good way. It was the best espresso martini out there now it is not worth getting. Please do not change what is good. You guys are too good of a restaurant to downgrade.

    Food was amazing. Service over the top. . Quiet atmosphere. Will be back. Stopped going when at the old location because it was so loud and noisy. It was hard to have a conversation. This new location was such an improvement. Loved it.

    We were there for a business lunch and there were some late cancellations so there were fewer guests than anticipated. The waiter was very gracious which was appreciated and service was wonderful.
