Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     waygu duck horn combo in bar, first time in that room Loud, but reseated to quieter table Burger has no lettuce and tomato, I’d make that change!

    We went here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and it could not have been better. The staff went above and beyond to make it special. Chris Childs is one of the best servers I’ve seen in a while. Ask for him! The food was amazing. We won’t forget this! Thank you!

    Normally love to eat here. The service was not as good as normal and the food was not as good. Every dish was overly salty. On top of that the prices have really skyrocketed.

    The staff here are AMAZING! Coming here is like coming to a family dinner with everyone so friendly and making my mom feel so welcomed each time. The steaks are epic, the wines are well paired and enjoy coming here regularly. Hats off to the Chef and his team.

    The service from David and the entire team was absolutely phenomenal! The food was unbelievably amazing! They did an amazing job for me and my wife’s anniversary! We will without a doubt be back to The Capital Grille!
