Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Such an amazing experience at the capital grille. Although they are most defiantly on the pricey side, every single thing we ate was amazing. The waitress’ recommendations were all spot so great. We had the crab and lobster cake and the lamb Chops to start. The lamb chops were absolutely out of this world. Then we both had steak with sides of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. They were all cooked to perfection. The sides are also big enough for two, so just keep that in mind!

    We had a very nice evening celebrating a family birthday dinner. Everything was perfect with the exception of our entrees arriving while we were still enjoying our appetizers.

    As always, the food was excellent, steaks cooked as ordered to perfection and amongst the most tender out their. Appetizers and deserts were equally as good, and the service was impeccable . This establishment never disappoints.

    Capital Grille is one of my favorite places. Every steak is cooked to perfection every time. The sides are excellent, and the cold seafood is abundant and fantastic. if i could suggest one thing missing it is a baked potato
