Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We sat outside on the patio and it was amazing. Even my 10.5 year old Havanese, Babydoll enjoyed her filet and asparagus. Everyone was so sweet to her and she can’t wait to come back.

    The staff was very accommodating, from the hostess to the waiter (who had a great sense of humor). The food was delicious and we had a wonderful time. A little loud but it was a holiday and nothing they can do about their patrons speaking loudly. Overall it was a very pleasant dining experience.

    Richard was our server and was amazing, warm, friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. The back room was quiet and intimate - great for Valentine's Day date night. Loved it, will be back!
