Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Another wonderful Christmas Eve dinner! The food ambience, and service was fantastic, as always! We were a large group and our waiter, Santiago, was awesome!

    We had a wonderful Christmas Eve lunch. The fillet was perfect, as usual, and the crab salad is a must. Our server, Stephanie, was on point and a true delight. Overall, our family had a wonderful afternoon. Capital Grill never disappoints.

    Exceptional! I can’t think of a better place to celebrate my birthday. And I do it every year. I always feel extra special and I’m treated with total respect,, courtesy, and professionalism. Thank you so very much.

    Ashlee, our server, was one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. She was attentive, professional and honest. The food we ordered was amazing. We love steak restaurants and often dine at the Mastro’s restaurants in Arizona. I have to say, Capital Grill in Denver exceeds Mastro’s by a long shot! We will definitely go back and we will ask for Ashlee!

    Simply a fantastic dining experience all the way around from the greeters at the door to Stephen’s excellent service to the perfectly cooked steaks, amazing crab cakes and sides! Thank you for a lovely evening Capital Grille!

    May have been the best dinner we have ever had and we eat out a lot Their bone in filet with a red wine reduction was the best steak we have ever eaten The oysters on the half shell were awesome We always ask for Ilan to be our server because his personality is very special Just a great dining experience

    My husband and I came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was so great, the hostess was so sweet and decorated our table with cute heart confetti. Daniel took excellent care of us, and all of the food we ordered was timely and delicious! Would absolutely come back.
