Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     FABULOUS DINNER LAST NIGHT AT THE CAPITAL GRILLE !!! I had a wonderful server and I decided to try the lamb chops that they are amazing. The best lamb chops I've ever had, with the amazing mint and breadcrumbs crunch on the outside and cooked to perfection (medium) and SO many of them. I actually have leftovers for lunch today with the delicious mac and cheese. I love Capital Grille but I always order the same thing my lobster and shrimp burger, so glad I decided to try something different this time. SO GOOD!!! Thank you for a fabulous dinner and experience. Not to mention they were able to make my signature lemon drop martini with lemonchello (so delicious).

    Excellent experience as a solo diner here. My waiter Derek was phenomenal and made expert recommendations for my meal. He recommended an excellent Chardonnay, and even was able to get me an off-menu Strawberry-basil infused sorbet for desert. The epitome of find dining service, I definitely recommend Capital Grille.

    We had a wonderful birthday dinner at the Capital Grille. It was made extra special because the staff there is so warm and welcoming. Sean, our server, was wonderful and very attentive and helpful. Scott was very gracious and kind with a birthday treat. We love the Capital Grille.

    It was our first experience here as we were celebrating our 35th anniversary. The entire night was perfect, from the valet - easy and price friendly - to the service - SUPERB by Denise Angers, and the food was excellent. We were thoroughly impressed with the nice note, the complimentary dessert, and everyone that came to our table gave their regards for our anniversary. We enjoyed the evening and we will absolutely come back. Great experience for us!
