Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food was delicious and served promptly. There was not a long wait between courses and the staff was very attentive. Drinks were delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and at the end of our meal our server brought out a birthday surprise for us. It was a platter with 3 different desserts and happy birthday written on the platter. We chose the restaurant week menu and everything was delicious. The price was excellent and well worth it.

    We have dined here many times. Our steaks on this visit were a bit over done but still delicious. Mentioned it to our waiter when he inquired about our meals and offered to have 2 new steaks cooked up. We told him thanks but it was not necessary. The manager came over and apologized and said he would make things right….and he did! We left satisfied and it confirmed why we are loyal Capital Grille patrons.
