   I don't like to criticize Capital Grille; I have always enjoyed it. I am not saying it is my favorite, but it is one of my "go to". Unfortunately, last night was in certain ways disappointing. The staff are great, professional, helpful and 5 stars. The restaurant pleasantly provided my wife a very nice birthday dessert. The poor was 2 of our steak meals were cooked wrong, mine not enough and my daughters-in-law's steak was too well done. I am not suggesting that Capital Grille should not be frequented but at the prices being charged in Boca Raton these days and the competition, there just is not a lot of room for error.

   Amazing experience like always. Bobby the GM is so professional and friendly at the same time. Food was perfect and we did not feel rushed in any way. A lovely time

   Service was excellent as always, food is normally very consistent, but the fillet was not the quality I’m used to for a Capital Grille, disappointed.

   They’re usually very consistent however, my Caesar salad was extremely soggy usually a favorite of mine there and the truffle fries were over done. They did a lovely set up for birthday dinner and we’re always very warm and welcoming. It just seemed to be an awful night for the kitchen.

   Service was not as good as usual. Food was not as high quality as usual. Our steaks were a little dry- maybe they sat for too long? It’s the holidays, place was packed, we understood, hope it’s not like this next time.

   We have dined here numerous times, for special occasions typically. I have to say after last night I won’t be going back. To begin with our waiter was the worst. He took the order and disappeared. Never asked how our food was, if we needed anything. 2 hours f the 3 filets, while cooked perfectly were dry and tasteless. We were celebrating my mother in law’s birthday and when he brought the dessert he never asked if we wanted anything else or coffee. With all the steakhouses that are in a 5 mile radius, capital grille needs to step up their service .

   Even with all of its foodie competition, I find the Capital Grille to be my favorite restaurant.  the food is always excellent, the service is gracious, and the atmosphere is delightful.

    Celebrated a birthday with the highest level of service and best tasting food brought hot hot to the table. The manager stopped by more than once to make certain tat everything was great.
