   Service was attentive, informative and exceptionally friendly. Michelle is a great waitress and an exceptional representative of your restaurant. Food was great except for the bone in filet which wasn’t as flavorful as expected despite the bone in. Ribeye, salads and sides were terrific.

   We were seated immediately when we came in. They took us to a smaller room off to the side which I thought might be a bit quieter but it was still pretty noisy. As always they were extremely busy. Food was good as usual.

   Food is always fantastic, but the best part was our server AJ! We had her take care of us on our anniversary last year and she remembered us and gave us extra attention. While the food is great, AJ really made our Valentine’s Day celebration extra special!

   Food was good. Service is not what I expected. The waitstaff was very nice and personable. However it took a few times reminding them they didn’t bring something. In fact I gave up on several items. Not what I expect from an expensive restaurant. I won’t be coming back there are other great steak houses.

   We were so disappointed in our Valentine’s Day lunch of lobster salad. Don’t know why we didn’t send them back; guess it would have ruined the moment by complaining, but the lobster didn’t taste fresh. I picked at my $36 salad. Our server was so wonderful, and I love the idea of going to The Capital Grille, but it doesn’t compare to the one in St. Louis from where my sister is always posting photos of the food :(

   We love Capital grill and they are always consistent with great food and great service. Our last visit the food was incredible as always, but the service was lacking. Our waitress seem to forget about us several times and was busy with other tables while forgetting about us. When spending almost $400 for two people, especially at a place like capital Grille I would expect five star service but that’s not what we got we will definitely be back. Hopefully it was just a one time experience with the OK service as the past has always been great .

    Capitol grill is never a disappointment. We were there last night celebrating 3 birthdays. Our waiter was fabulous. His suggestions for appetizers, dinner and drinks were awesome and everything was so delicious. At the end of the meal we were served 3 birthday plates. It’s a perfect place for any celebration.
