The Bull Ring has been a part of Santa Fe’s Culinary landscape for so long it's hard to think of a time when it wasn't there. The world famous Bull Ring offers all the most popular cuts, ranging in size from the the 8-oz petite filet to an enormous 40-oz porterhouse for two. The Bull Ring prepares steaks in an 1,800 degree grill and serves them on a sizzling hot plate with melted butter. The Bull Ring is also known for their juicy lamb or pork chops, mouthwatering barbecue baby back pork ribs or fresh seafood.

If you are looking for a more casual experience, the lounge is a local favorite, where you can mingle with old friends or make new ones in a Cheers-like atmosphere. The bar serves exceptional pub fare, including the succulent Prime Burger.

We had lunch in the bar, which was beautiful wood with leather chairs and wood floor. The menu featured sandwiches, salads and a couple of specialties. The dinner menu has much fancier fare and more steaks. I didn't think it was possible to order from the dinner menu at lunch, but it looked like another table got a porterhouse for two. It looked delicious. We plan to come back for dinner. The green chili stew contained chunks of steak - it was delicious.

This place was good, don’t know if I would go back though. I went mostly cause it’s a historic place where you can see a lot of the law makers during the legislative session. Food was good, service was great, just not sure on the value for what you get.

Great place to have a romantic or business evening. Food was great. A little expensive, but seemed worth it to do once in awhile. Service was great, speed of food arriving to table great, flavor great. Had the Poterhouse for two, with red wine sauce. Overall cooked as ordered. The sauce outstanding! Sides of potatoes a little small. Would recommend overall.

Was in Santa Fe for a couple nights and wanted to dine local. Choose to eat an early meal at The Bull Ring in the bar area. Very comfortable bar ambiance. The dining room looked lovely also. Serving staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. I had the grilled pork chop - perfection! This restaurant is right in downtown area of Santa Fe and was a perfect choice!
