   It has been a long while since my last visit. However I do recall a well established wait staff and a very relaxed vibe. Granted it was Valentine’s Day weekend and it was the last hour of reservations. First we arrived early, and were happy to wait for a booth but instead we were sat at a high top in the bar. That was not our seating preference as per our reservation. Then we were given the menu, however this didn’t match what we were initially shown as there was a ribeye for two option and a salad or soup option for $150. That was not offered it was a limited menu and so we ordered off of this new menu that we hadn’t seen. We asked to be reseated so as an apparent punishment we seated at the smallest and most cold table in the place. We would have gladly waited for a booth that was behind us ten minutes after we sat. On Holidays such as these, in most restaurants there is a two hour maximum seat time so that they can turn tables. Unfortunately, this restaurant didn’t do that. We endured the frigid temps with our coats on. However our drink order was served and for unsweetened iced tea no sweetener no lemon just a glass of tea not even a spoon. This is supposed to be fine dining. You’re charging $80 for a steak. I would expect that the service would be on par with the price point. Our order is finally taken and a premade salad was presented which is fine obviously the kitchen is trying to handle above average demand. The ln again left for dead empty glasses etc and continued to endure the arctic dining room as they cleaned around us as we were the last seating. How about this you clean when the guests have gone home. The kitchen must have been out of its sides with the price fixe menu as they were virtually non existent on the plate. We ordered dessert and it was mediocre at best. A whisky soufle which translation is bread pudding and the praline ice cream that was served bviously recouped as the chocolate was congealed. Not happy!

   We normally love Texas. It’s a go to spot of ours. We made a reservation because we had friends in town and wanted to bring them here because it’s such an amazing vibe and the service is always top notch when we go. This time was not the same. It was Valentine’s Day weekend (not Valentine’s Day itself) but they had a limited menu, which I was bummed about because I couldn’t get what I normally get. The service was not the best compared to what we’ve normally had. The most disappointing part was where we were sat. We got put in one of the back rooms (that I didn’t even know existed) in the corner. You couldn’t hardly hear the music from the man that is normally on the stairs (although he come in the room with a Bluetooth speaker at one point) but the whole experience was just off. I was so disappointed.

   It’s always reliably great and tonight was no different. Food was great. Musical entertainment was great. The magician was great. There’s just no place like it. Thanks for another great evening!

   I made reservations at 9:45 and I got there at 9:45.Then  they were so busy they made us sit at the bar for 1520 minutes until our 945 reservations were ready. Then at 10 o’clock we had to go get them and then they said our reservations were ready.. after that we sat down and we ordered our food within two minutes. So we waited damn near an hour and 15 minutes for our food and it still wasn’t ready and we seen about six couples that sat down 20 to 30 minutes after us get their food dessert and tab and our food wasn’t ready so we left.

   The wait staff was very friendly. My boyfriend made a joke about karaoke and the singer brought the mic over for him to sing. It was comical. The food was phenomenal and our Valentines night was more than memorable.

   After spending our 35 Valentines Day with your fabulous 5+ steak restaurant. We returned again for our 39th Valentines 💝. I can't express how wonderful this place is. From outstanding customer service to amazing fanomomial food 👌 the saxophone 🎷 atmosphere and him alone topped off the night. We will definitely be back next year. I highly recommend you all.

   Wonderful Valentines dinner with my date. As usual everything was spot on. Had a 8 pm reservation and was seated at 745. Food was absolutely delicious.
