   We live this place but this time the service was horrible no one was coming to our table when the tab was on green. Our waitress was never around. Was just way to much money for horrible service and food we didn’t get to eat. The salad bar was awesome as always though

   Excellent as usual. Our waitress Malena S. was the best we have ever had. But no such thing as terrible service here. Always Great service and food.

   We originally had an 11 AM time for Mother's Day but had to change last minute due to one of my son's work schedule. This put us at a 930PM time which was an hour before the last available was listed time on Open Table. We also called to see if we could get a little earlier but they said they were booked. We received a confirmation call at 8:50Pm and confirmed with them a little after 9PM. When we got there the restaurant was half empty. We wish we had known we would have liked to have had an earlier dinner but it was fine. We were seated and since it took a little while for our server to get there we just went up immediately to the salad bar. This was all fine. Good selection. Love the lobster bisque. Once we sat down we started our salad plates and our server came by and asked us if we had any meats we wanted in particular and we said no. Then we waited. We finished our salad. Our server came by again and we informed her no meat came by. Then we waited again. Finally the picahna came by. I only took one slice since I expected all the rest of the meats to come by. Our server came by no less than 8 times asking us what meat we wanted. But we are use to them coming around with everything. Why did we have to request each one. The meats that came by: Picahna (3xs because we asked for it), garlic sirloins (1x), chicken(2xs), lamb chops (1x), and leg of lamb (1x), and filet (1x) I didnt want to mention because it was dry. This was a horrible Mother's Day experience. I felt as though we were an inconvenience by the number of times our waitress asked what we wanted and the intense cleaning and setup around our table. So we paid $300 for a salad bar, 3 slices of beef, dried out filet, dried out chicken, and lamb for my husband. I really think the manager should have noticed that his kitchen was not bringing meats around and offered us a discount. We will be going somewhere else next time. This was the worse meal I have ever experienced for a special holiday.

   The salad bar was very disorganized. The salad bar had plates first, then topping, then dressings, then lettuce, then more dressing that wernt labeled. They brought a side of fries, mashed potatoes and vegetables to the table but no condiments for the fries and the potatoes got cold quick in the tin it came in. I received some filet steak that was very tough. The lamb was good and some other meats were good but not worth the $400 for the 4 of us. The sangria was good and the servers were great and plentiful. Valet was quick even for a busy Mothers Day. The inside was very noisy. We moved to the patio and since it was overcast, it was comfortable. They had fans but not all were on. They have birds fly in because it's on a retention pond so make sure you pick the right time of day and year to eat outside here.

   A bit rushed on Mother’s Day. Buffet seemed pared down from years past. Price was excessive, but expected. Meats were underwhelming.

   thought this was a brunch but there is no type of breakfast food served. restaurant is very cold and dark. drink prices outrageous. $30+ for 2 mimosas. very few humans will be able to eat enough to justify price. no dessert bar .

   We were first seated next to the kitchen so the bright lights from the kitchen were directly in my eyes. The tables are close together as it is and All the staff walking in and out made it even more confined. We were all cold and asked to move. It was very hard to hear the waitress when she was talking to 3 of the 4 of us because it was their first time. Food was great but didn’t get plantains until after we had started eating and I had to asked for them. Staff was very nice and friendly but our server had some issues with the bill so we sat for 15-20 min waiting for that to get figured out and it still doesn’t seem correct. I love this place we were there for Mother’s Day and I’ve had great experiences until last night. There were just a series of little things that put a damper on a special dinner.

   Pros - They honored our reservation despite being late due to one member of our party trying to find parking. Our waitress was pleasant and for the most part attentive. Cons- It’s almost impossible to converse with your fellow diners due to the noise level. We were seated next to the salad bar, which meant people were standing and walking all around us. We noticed the entire restaurant felt like Grand Central Station. One large table was practically in the lobby. The meat was often chewy. The salad bar was nice, but I’ve been to similar restaurants with more options.

    This was probably my worst experience here. The meat guys passed our table multiple times, when they were even in our section. Had the same meat options when they did come by. Our waitress even came by our table asking because she saw us just sitting there not eating. The flank steak was so tough you couldn’t eat it. Never had this happen when we’ve been here. It was a very disappointing.
