Service was excellent. Both managers extremely friendly and very accommodating. The meats were subservient, salad bar as fresh. Our meal was excellent. Enjoyed the afternoon

We've been several times and wanted our family to experience the same enjoyment we have in the past. However, that was not the case this time. The service was subpar and the prices must have increased. For 4 people (2 children) 2 adults was $319 before tip. That is INSANE! Almost $50 for Sangria is absurd. We eat at nice establishments all the time, but this time it was definitely not worth it. We waited 20mins or more for water refills. Our kids ordered limeade drinks and waited about the same or longer to get their drinks. We were very disappointed with our trip this time to your establishment. We were excited for our family to try it, but they were not impressed at all....and instead had sticker shock for the price of the 4 of them (2 children) as well. It clearly is not meant for families

They raised the prices above $60 per person. If the price raise were commensurate with the ability to eat more expensive or diverse food, it may be money or value but that is not perceived here. They put a lot of salt on the meats so it’s hard to eat a lot of meat without having too much salt in your diet. Consider making this an experience where you don’t expect to eat as much as you actually can, but one where you need to take care of how much salt you avoid so you could possibly eat more.

The food and service was exceptional. The price per person did increase, but still worth it in comparison to a regular steakhouse

The meats coming around today were all overcooked, dry, and tough….with the exception of the flank steak and picahna. Those were both delicious. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back as we enjoy coming here, but we definitely will wait a bit longer for the next time as we just didn’t enjoy nearly as much as we normally would.
