   The hostess was very rude. The restaurant was so cold it was barely tolerable. The quality of food has gone down. This used to be a place we loved to go to but we will not be returning.

   This was my third time to eat here and the concept is still good, the quality of the food has alot to be desired. The Flank steak was probably the best, with the bacon wrapped filet the second but only came around once. It was good that it was open on Christmas night but we were very disappointed.

   Service was not very good. Had to ask for BBQ sauce multiple times, had a wine tasting but the waitress took forever to come back and ask what wine we wanted to drink. My boyfriend wanted to order a bottle, but instead he went to the bar and ordered a glass of wine.

   Very Very pricey for the service received. The guys serving meat only came by 4 times. When we were leaving they had 6-8 guys walking out in our section with meat. Paying 55 a person to receive 4 pieces of meat was pretty bad. My bill was 284 with tip. We will not be back . Very disappointed ☹️

   I’ve been here twice in a few weeks. At our company party the service was subpar. It took us over 45 minutes to get our drinks, and to actually speak with a server. My family went for Christmas and the food was great, but for this price point the service is just underwhelming. It takes a really long time to get used plates taken. It took almost 45 minutes for us to seated past our reservation time. We didn’t get our plates for meat, and had to get them ourselves. In fact our server mentioned twice she’d grab them and didn’t. It was busy, but there were 10-12 open tables when we were seated as a party of 3 so I’m not real sure what the wait time was for.

   Lack of variety of meat choices or maybe just a bad rotation of meats offered for our section on this Christmas Day. Not sure which was the true reason for the lack of variety. Could just be the fact that it’s a holiday. Just spoiled from my last experience I guess. Way more meat options were available the last visit that I expected again this time also but just wasn’t there for us. If they lacked product options I think the customers should be notified of that.

   Great! Loved everything! Only recommendation is to be able to offer more Variety of meat rareness when serving as my kids werent as lucky getting médium well most of the time, even though we requested it at the beggining. Other then that, Great experience

   The service was terrible. We brought some people that had never been and bragged on the restaurant so much. There was no one working the front desk when we arrived. We waited a while for someone to acknowledge us. We had to keep asking the waitress to get some meat to the table. Very disappointed after making a reservation 3 weeks in advance. Our bill was just under $500 and we will never return.

    I made reservations over a month in advance for a party if 10. 8 if the 10 guests arrived on time. They weren't allowed to be seated until the full party was there. I tried calling and stayed on hold for 15+ minutes, had to hang up and call back for another wait. Finally got through after being 5min away asked to have the party seated because I was in my way. I understand rules but good customer service allows for exceptions to be made on a case by case basis.
