   The hostess was rude and slammed the door in our face when we were waiting between the door to the restaurant and the door to outside in line because we were letting the cold in. The server didn’t listen to our order and gave us the wrong drinks twice and the wrong food item. The food was gross, very bland. Expensive and Won’t return

   We waited well over an hour for one starter. When the mains came everything was cold. Most of the staff were really rude rude. The steak had never seen any seasoning. Was an absolutely shocking experience and well over priced for the quality of service and food

   I love bison and it was cooked to perfection. Service was very good and we were not rushed

   We have been coming here for over 6 years and always had a great time. This time the place looked like it needed a bath. We sat in a booth which was our request but quickly found out the area was very dirty. The two lamp covers are dirty and covered in dust and on the floor we found a plastic cup and a napkin and the floor was not clean. When we tried to leave the booth we are slipping and stepping on things. The overall floor in the rest of the restaurant was also the same. I know it was busy but keep up with the pace. When the food arrived the three burgers came out warm but dry. No taste at all. The server was awesome and she made sure we always had drinks. I don't think we will be back moving forward. Sad to see this place in the state it's in.

   Food was good but expensive if you just want a burger. Fairly crowded with tables close together. Seemed to be popular with the locals.

   Food was barley warm. Obvious is was setting out. Jesus, microwave it if you want to make it in advance

   Food was bad , no taste cold, over cooked , found hair in salad, bison meat had an off taste - the waiter was the best trying to make up for a bad chef - will not be going back to this location.

    The service was prompt. We got excited about a menu item being advertised outside and when we asked the server about it he didn’t have a clue and had to ask. He came back right away and sadly they did not have that item yet. I ordered a different special it was the hot honey chicken sandwich.i really wanted a baked potato but was told that was a dinner item only :( It was tasty. The fries were nothing to write home about. The onion rings were good. The bison burger my boyfriend got was also good. The drinks we ordered were not good at all. I order an old fashioned pretty much every where I go. This was was not good. Tasted like the bartender poured the half of a bottle of bitters and wasn’t balanced. The atmosphere was nice with clean bathrooms and not too loud.
