A social atmosphere fit for a president. Join us where vibrant cocktail culture meets fun elegance and comfort food at this Dupont Circle neighborhood favorite. It is said that while President Theodore Roosevelt loved to eat, to him the dinner table was less an occasion for fine dining than as a springboard for conversations. In keeping with this, we have created a stunning interior design for Teddy and the Bully Bar that keeps patrons talking. Reflecting Theodore Roosevelt’s love for simple American comfort food, including steaks, oysters, fried chicken and house-made cornbread, our seasonal menus feature a contemporary twist on classic comfort dishes with a focus on quality, local and simplicity. Enjoy chicken & waffles & also indulge in many other options from our menu. Not only do you have unlimited plates of food, we have a made to order Belgian Waffle & Omelet station. Pick your favorite topping or fillings from the Chef's Table. The two hour experience includes bottomless mimosas or bellinis. There's even an ice cream bar with great flavors & toppings. At just $60 per person (not including tax, gratuity & 3.5% restaurant relief surcharge) It's a value like no other. Fresh music & a fantastic vibe awaits.

It's back, winter restaurant week is upon us from Tues January 28 to Sunday February 2. Here are the special menu features for this great culinary week. Tues-Friday: Lunch is 3 courses of mid-winter's finest food selections downtown, $25 or $35 per person Tues-Sat: Dinner, 3 courses with special favorites & signature dishes $40pp. We will also have a 3 course higher tier menu at $55pp Saturday Brunch: Dream big with a 3-course brunch at $25 per person. Sunday Brunch: Taste our Sunday best, 3 course at $35 per person including mimosa Don't forget, all beverages (except mimosa on Sunday Brunch) are not included. 10% DC tax, gratuity and 3.5% restaurant inflationary surcharge. Teddy's Valentine's Day Weekend Tasting Dinners

Set the mood this Valentine's Day at Teddy. Our Chef's tasting menu is offered 2/14 & 2/15. Selections include tuna carpaccio or royal oysters Rockefeller as first course. An intermezzo of white grapefruit & prosecco granita. Entree choices include grilled New Zealand lamb chops, seared scallops or lobster & filet mignon. Finish this divine culinary affair with a chocolate fondue for 2 or passion fruit panna cotta. This menu also includes two glasses of Laurent-Perrier Champagne. The menu is priced at an all-inclusive $299 for 2 (including tax, gratuity, 3.5% industry surcharge fee) It does not include any other beverages. Menu will be offered al a carte as well. We will also have our regular menu on these two evenings.

Our server was inattentive at best. We went 20-minutes or more several times before seeing anyone again. For a “bottomless brunch,” glasses sat empty for long stretches and plates were not cleared in a timely manner. We waited an eternity for a Bloody Mary to be delivered and waited even longer to place another food order. Furthermore, our server would take partial orders at the table then disappear again — leaving guests with nothing for long stretches. The food was tasty, but our service was basically subpar. What’s more… they sat some guests who arrived 30-minutes before our reservation and took drink orders. So those who arrived on time were cut short on our 2-hour brunch. Our group left a “bottomless brunch” and went elsewhere to eat because people were hungry and couldn’t get orders placed. This is NOT what I expect from a “bottomless brunch” and not what I expect from this restaurant. Dinner service is far superior. I will not be returning for brunch. Disappointed.

A wonderful Christmas dinner here. Food was plentiful and well prepared. Starter and dessert served by waiter. The main course and sides were buffet. Choice of turkey, salmon, lamb, and/or ham. Dozen side dishes. Something for all tastes. Loved the warm rolls. Plenty of street parking on Christmas but not regular work days.. Our second Christmas here. Plan to return next Christmas. Also I have eaten here on other occasions and food is uniformly good.

Came for Christmas meal. Great staff. Very nice efficient set up. Expensive for anywhere but DC at Christmas. Booth was especially good seating choice. Very nice buffet with excellent choices of sides and carving meats. Great rolls although would have liked with meal/more than one per person. Choice of first course and dessert okay, neither leek soup or beet salad, nor apple tres leche or flourless chocolate torte nearly as good as sides on buffet. Decent wine list with european choices..

Thanks to Randall we had an unforgettable brunch. The bottomless brunch is a good value and it was fun to try lots of different things. The flatbreads were my favorite.
