   Our server was terrible. She was extremely rude and seemed annoyed to serve our table. It was just myself with my collage aged daughter and her friend. I had anticipated coming here to treat them and was sorely disappointed. Our food was cold, bland and mediocre. The manager was extremely polite, however, our service with our server after he left plummeted even further. My salmon dish would have been fantastic had it come out hot. My daughter's crab cake sandwich was terrible and flavorless with very little crabmeat. Her friend got eggs Benedict with smoked salmon instead of ham. It came out ice cold. The English muffin felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator. We were told that the cold smoked salmon must have made the dish cold, but we couldn't understand why the salmon would have made both the muffin and poached egg ice cold. When the bill came the server started to discuss it with my daughter's friend. I literally had to ask her to give it to me and speak to me. Very unprofessional and would never have expected it in this type of establishment. Oh well- there are several other places to try that I am sure will end up being worth the hype.

   I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Tavern on the Green due to the way the host handled my service dog’s presence. Despite my service dog being quietly settled on the floor, the host interrogated me about his training, refused to acknowledge my service dog certification, and insisted that I explain his training in detail—something that is not legally required under the ADA. This interaction was not only unnecessary but also made me feel unwelcome. Businesses should be well-versed in service animal laws and treat individuals with disabilities with respect. I hope management takes the time to educate their staff on proper protocol to ensure a more inclusive and compliant environment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant to those who rely on service animals.

   Food was meh. Tasted like a place that’s trying to ram through as many people as possible at a high rate. Server didn’t ask how I wanted my steak prepared. Very loud. Main dining area felt like a cafeteria. Overall the food was fine and the bar area is pretty, but the prices are absurd for what you get. Go for an overpriced cocktail but don’t stay for a meal.

   Delicious. The Figs are the best I’ve ever had. My Salmon was cooked to perfection and they made it to my specifications, no lentils. Crème Brûlée was the best I’ve ever had. Our Waiter was fantastic. Very attentive. I can’t wait to come back!

    While we were told this isn't the 'real' Tavern on the Green as it had previously. The food was decent but the location and ambience were great!
