   Delicious food. Original, well balanced cocktails. Warm inviting atmosphere. Friendly, accommodating service. The Spanish teriyaki lamb chops are inspired. The paella is like a trip to Spain.

   Sad to watch a restaurant we used to love lose its way. Food quality has deteriorated, staffing is entirely college kids (with no one to guide them on how to deliver an exceptional experience) and it's no longer a 'tapas restaurant'. The menu and specials are 'large plate' oriented rather than true to the tapas concept, there is no little emphasis on Spanish foods or cooking and delivery is 'all at once' rather than staged or staggered in the way true tapas style should be. And then there is the 'co-mingling' with the French crepe restaurant next door (or is it 'same door'?)...What are you 'Tapas on Main'? You are NOT a tapas restaurant.

   Amazing place to dine and the food was so good! My wife and I had one Mojito and it was well made. Everything was spot on and service was also great! Will go back and highly recommend Tapas. 10/10 and give it 5⭐️

   We love Tapas❣️our group of 3 had olives, hummus with chili oil, chicken & chorizo croquettes, manchego cheese plate & bacon wrapped dates. For drinks 🍷 Cava , blood orange & classic red sangria. This is a great local restaurant with friendly staff and good vibes in downtown Bethlehem.

    We ordered from the restaurant week lunch menu, and the food was delicious. It was our first visit to Tapas, and we definitely will be back.
